Pick Up Instructions
When you are ready to pick-up your vehicle, PLEASE PHONE SUPPLIER TO ARRANGE A COLLECTION POINT. Once at the vehicle we will provide you with copies of the rental contract and supply an introduction to the vehicle. We will also advise you of the return procedures for the location you are returning to at the completion of your contract. Vehicles must be picked up during office hours. For customers arriving and departing from Auckland, Christchurch or Nelson, a complimentary transfer is available at or within a 10km radius of the airport on the day of pick-up and drop-off of the vehicle.
