Call Go Rentals or visit the i-Site to request the GO Rentals shuttle van. As you walk out from the arrival gate please walk past the McDonald’s on the left and head for Door 11. From here turn right and you will see the shuttle pickup zone.

Make your way to Door number 9 which is located passed the JETSTAR check-in desks, and then walk across the pedestrian crossing to the pick area. After collecting your baggage, stay inside and turn right and walk past the Long White Cloud Café. Turn left at the escalator following the sign for the Check-in Hall. Continue to the end of the hall to the Regional Terminal. Exit through Door 2 on your left. The collection point is straight ahead (5 metres).

- If you arrive in the airport UPSTAIRS from a Domestic flight
Go down the escalator to the baggage claim. Follow the sign to the main check-in area. Continue to the end of the hall to the Regional Terminal. Exit through Door 2 on your left. The collection point is straight ahead (5 metres).
